Powered Research specializes in preclinical research in ophthalmology and oncology. Our staff has extensive expertise in the design and development of non-GLP preclinical data packages, including tolerability and pharmacology models, drug distribution studies, and custom experimental designs. OPHTHALMOLOGY
Powered Research supports a comprehensive suite of ophthalmological models to evaluate drugs, devices, and other interventions. Disease models are available in multiple species for conditions including wet AMD, dry AMD, glaucoma, corneal diseases, ocular inflammation and others upon request. All ophthalmic exams are conducted by a Board-Certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist, lending significant credibility to the results obtained.
ONCOLOGY
Powered Research supports the evaluation and development of emerging oncology therapeutics from experimental design and in vivo tumor modeling to extensive endpoint analyses. Our team is fully equipped to ensure start-to-finish characterization of your test agent on an expedited timeline. Rodent housing in a 20,000 sq ft multi-species vivarium staffed by highly trained technicians and veterinarians. Human and murine cell culture in a modern 2000 sq ft laboratory. Flexible and customized flow panels for deep immune profiling with Cytek® Aurora spectral cytometer.
